The paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.7 to 1 part of calcium propionate, 2 to 3 parts of vinyl carboxylic ester, 0.7 to 1 part of sodium myrastate, 2 to 4 parts of meta-hydroxylated sodium benzoate, 5 to 7 parts of 8-hydroxyquinoline, 10 to 14 parts of polyoxyethylene octyl phenyl ether, 36 to 40 parts of tetrabutyl titanate, 20 to 25 parts of cyclohexanol, 100 to 120 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 0.3 to 1 part of alkanolamide, 2 to 3 parts of hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride, 0.1 to 0.2 part of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, 10 to 13 parts of carbon nanometer tubes, 0.01 to 0.02 part of ammonium persulfate, 1 to 2 parts of nickel sulfamic acid and 0.08 to 0.2 part of lanthanum oxide.
