Problems solved by technology

At present, water-based acrylate emulsions still have the problems of poor film-forming properties and poor adhesion on PE / PP films; water-based acrylate resins usually use high-temperature cross-linking and curing to improve the adhesion of the coating film, but PE / PP films cannot be used at high temperatures. It is easy to curl and deform, and other properties on PE / PP film cannot meet the demand

Abstract

The invention discloses printing ink suitable for medical packaging materials. The printing ink is prepared from, by mass, 50-60% of aqueous acrylate resin, 15-25% of an acrylate emulsion, 15-25% of aqueous color paste, 10-20% of deionized water, 0.2-0.5% of a film forming additive, 0.2-0.3% of a defoamer, and the balanced being ammonia water. The acrylate emulsion is prepared from, by weight, 60-110 parts of butyl acrylate, 41-90 parts of methyl methacrylate, 1-6 parts of methacrylic acid, 2-3 parts of hydroxypropyl methacrylate, 2-10 parts of diacetone acrylamide, 1-5 parts of adipic acid dihydrazide, 0.8-1.2 parts of nonylphenol polyethylene oxide, 1.5-3 parts of alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonic disodium salt, 0.5-1 part of ammonium persulfate, 8-10 parts of ammonia water, and 250-280 parts of deionized water. In the printing ink, the aqueous acrylate resin and the acrylate emulsion are compounded to form a binding material, so that not only are excellent film coloring capability and adhesion force of the printing ink on PE / PP thin films maintained, but also waterproofing property and film-forming capability of the film are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of inks, in particular to printing inks suitable for medical packaging materials. Background technique [0002] With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, especially in the fields of food, children's toys and medical packaging, water-based inks will eventually replace solvent-based inks. However, the solvent water of water-based ink is a polar material, and it is usually difficult to wet the surface of plastic films such as PP, PE, OPP, PO, etc. with low polarity. In order to improve the adhesion on the plastic film, it is necessary to consider the bonding force between the binder and the plastic film when configuring water-based ink. Because water-based acrylate resin has the advantages of light color, high transparency, and good weather resistance; water-based acrylate emulsion has excellent film gloss, hardness and water resistance, so they are widely used in the field of product packagi...
