Abstract

The invention discloses a pH-sensitive self-repairing hydrogel and a preparation method of same. The hydrogel is produced by crosslinking dopamine-modified sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose modified by 3-aminophenylboronic acid according to a certain ratio, wherein the modified sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose respectively have a catechol group and a phenylboronic acid group, so that between the two groups, a pH-sensitive phenylborate bond can be formed. The phenylborate bond is fractured if pH < 7 and is recovered if pH > 7, so that the hydrogel has a pH-responded self-repairing performance. A main raw material of the hydrogel is natural polysaccharide, so that the hydrogel has excellent biocompatibility and also has pH-responding property and self-repairing performance. The hydrogel has wide applications in the fields of controllable release of drugs, tissue engineering and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a hydrogel with pH-sensitive self-healing property, good biocompatibility and proper expansion rate and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of preparation of biomedical materials. Background technique [0002] Hydrogel has a three-dimensional space network structure and is a hydrophilic cross-linked polymer that can absorb water and swell but is insoluble in water. Hydrogels are soft, can maintain a certain shape and have certain fluid properties, which is due to the fact that the hydrophilic groups in the hydrogel polymer can bind water and restrict the mobility of water. According to the different responses to external stimuli, hydrogels can be divided into traditional hydrogels and environment-sensitive hydrogels. Traditional hydrogels are not sensitive to external changes, while environment-sensitive hydrogels can sense the outside world. Changes in the environment (such as temperature, mechanical force, s...
