The nanometer modified straws treated by the coupling agents are dispersed in resin base bodies in a nanometer particle state; oxides and water vapor can be generated during the heat meeting decomposition; combustible gas is diluted; the oxide generation is favorable for the combustion interruption; the effect of inhibiting combustion is achieved; a protection layer is generated to cover the surface of the polymer body (the covering is firmer due to the use of the coupling agents), so that the fire source and oxygen gas are isolated; therefore the composite material has good flame-retardant performance; meanwhile, through combination of the micro nanometer structures of nanometer straws and aluminium hydroxide with conductive carbon black, charges in the base body materials can be conducted; the conductive performance is excellent.
