According to the method, steam condensate creatively serves as electrodialysis chamber inlet water, so that separation between organic matters and salt in the high-concentration coal chemical industry brine is realized; the mother solution is discharged by adopting a scraper film evaporator, the drying process route is greatly simplified, and investment in the drying process is reduced.
