Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a superhigh-temperature aerobic fermentation microbial agent prepared from municipal sludge. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: superhigh-temperature aerobic bacteria are activated and then fermented, a supernatant is removed from fermentation broth, a protective agent is added and is stirred and mixed uniformly, the mixture is driedand ground by a pulverizer, and a product is screened and subpackaged. The scheme has the advantages as follows: firstly, the low-cost municipal sludge is taken as a main fermentation raw material forregulation and preparation of a fermentation medium to realize fermentation production of the microbial agent, one idea is provided for solving the problem of pollution caused by the municipal sludge, protection and improvement of the ecological environment are facilitated, fermentation cost of the superhigh-temperature aerobic bacteria is reduced, and fermentation efficiency is improved; secondly, compared with a fermentation microbial agent prepared with a conventional method, survival rate and storage period of the superhigh-temperature aerobic fermentation microbial agent can be effectively increased with addition of a composite support and the protective agent, and the microbial agent is suitable for long-term storage; finally, the application cost of the superhigh-temperature aerobic bacteria is reduced, and the microbial agent and the preparation method are suitable for large-scale industrial production and application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of microorganism cultivation and application, in particular to a preparation method of an ultra-high temperature aerobic fermentation bacterial agent prepared by utilizing municipal sludge and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] High-temperature composting is an important means of harmless treatment and resource utilization of organic solid waste. Its essence is the process of catabolism of organic matter under the action of microorganisms to generate heat energy, which promotes the transformation of organic matter into stable humus. High temperatures are a double-edged sword for aerobic composting. On the one hand, the rapid decomposing and hygienic harmlessness of materials are inseparable from high temperature, which is conducive to the formation of humus and the killing of pathogenic bacteria; on the other hand, important components of microbial organisms such as proteins and nucleic acids ...
