Abstract

The binder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 90 parts of paraffin, 15 to 25 parts of nano-copper powder, 10 to 20 parts of nano-zinc oxide, 10 to 18 parts of nanometer titania, 9 to 15 parts of nano-silicon carbide, 8 to 15 parts of ethylene-acrylic copolymer, 5 to 10 parts of abietate, 6 to 13 parts of terpene resin, 4 to 8 parts of silane coupling agent, 3 to 7 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 8 to 14 parts of ascorbic acid palmitate, 7 to 16 parts of tertiary butylhydroquinone, 9 to 16 parts of octadecanol polyoxyethylene ether, and 10 to 18 parts of solvent.
