The ginkgo fruit and ganoderma lucidum concentrated solution is prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 1-3 parts of a ginkgo fruit hydrolysate, 1-3 parts of a ganoderma lucidum hydrolysate and 0.5-2 parts of sugar acid taste regulatory substances. The invention also provides a preparation methodof the ginkgo fruit and ganoderma lucidum concentrated solution. The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: preparing a ganoderma lucidum sporocarp cellulase hydrolysate; pretreating ginkgo fruits; hydrolyzing the treated ginkgo fruits with amylase and pectinase; compounding the ganoderma lucidum hydrolysate and the ginkgo fruit hydrolysate; and performing vacuum concentration to obtain the ginkgo fruit and ganoderma lucidum concentrated solution.
