Problems solved by technology

With the urbanization and the construction of new countryside, the amount of agricultural and forestry waste produced in rural areas is increasing. Biogas fermentation is a biomass energy technology widely used at home and abroad. It has been applied and developed in rural biogas projects in my country, but Due to the inconvenient replacement of raw materials and slag removal, the large difference in gas production in four seasons, most of the rural biogas projects were abandoned
Crop straw is the largest by-product of agricultural production in my country. Although there have been reports on biogas production using agricultural straw as raw material, it has been found from published technologies that the biogas yield is low and cannot meet the actual needs of biogas production. Therefore, how to use clean The preparation of biogas from renewable biomass (straw) and the improvement of biogas production are current important research directions

Embodiment Construction

[0038] For clearly illustrating the present invention, below in conjunction with embodiment and appended figure 1 , the present invention will be described in further detail.

[0039] A method for producing combustible gas by coupling renewable energy and biomass provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:

[0040] (1) Naturally air-dry the stalks (corn stalks) to constant weight, then crush them to 20mm, add water, and the solid-to-liquid ratio is 1:20.

[0041] (2) Then heat and pretreat the straw mixture. The heat treatment temperature is 120°C, and the treatment time is 120min.

[0042] (3) Use the power generation system to convert renewable energy wind energy and solar energy into electrical energy.

[0043] (4) Part of the electric energy is used to electrolyze water, and the products are oxygen and hydrogen.

[0044] (5) Anaerobic fermentation stage. The straw is input from the pretreatment reactor into the anaerobic fermentation reactor, and the str...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and system for preparing a combustible gas by utilizing coupling of a renewable energy source and a biomass. The method comprises the following steps: adding water orother solutions into smashed straw, thus preparing a straw mixed solution; carrying out heating pretreatment on the straw mixed solution, carrying out anaerobic fermentation under the action of a direct-current electric field generated by power generation of the renewable energy source, and cooling and separating, thus obtaining the combustible gas; carrying out catalytic methanation on the combustible gas and a hydrolysis product-hydrogen, and compressing and separating, thus obtaining natural gas which can be directly utilized. The invention also provides the system for realizing the method. According to the method and the system, provided by the invention, the gas production rate and the gas production quantity of the anaerobic fermentation of the straw are increased by utilizing the coupling between biomass energy and electric energy, the treatment efficiency of the whole system is increased, resource utilization of the straw is promoted, and pollution to the environment is reduced; the biomass energy, solar energy and wind energy can be stored in a form of synthesizing methane, and a sustainable energy system which is capable of comprehensively utilizing the solar energy, thewind energy and the biomass energy and is low in cost and reliable in performance is provided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of solar energy and wind energy storage and biomass clean utilization, in particular to a method and system for coupling renewable energy and biomass (straw) to produce combustible gas. Background technique [0002] The shortage of fossil energy and the resource utilization of biomass waste are major issues facing the world today. The sources of global energy consumption and basic chemicals used in industry are mainly derived from fossil fuels. Among them, more than 80% come from crude oil, natural gas or coal. Population growth and technological advances further increase the demand for fossil fuels and lead to increased greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. These anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions may have irreversible effects, altering regional and global quality of life and agricultural diversity. Emissions targets can only be successfully met through alternatives to fossil fuels, including renewable ene...
