Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of resources and discloses a magnesium ammonium phosphate-phosphorus fertilizer slow-release fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The magnesium ammonium phosphate-phosphorus fertilizer slow-release fertilizer is characterized in that magnesium ammonium phosphate obtained by high-ammonia-nitrogen or high-phosphate wastewater is used as a coating material, coating phosphorus pentoxide with a modified starch adhesive and granulating are performed to obtain the magnesium ammonium phosphate-phosphorus fertilizer slow-release fertilizer, and magnesium ammonium phosphate particles and phosphorus fertilizer particles form the magnesium ammonium phosphate-phosphorus fertilizer slow-release fertilizer in a layer-by-layer coating form. By adoption of the magnesium ammonium phosphate slow-release fertilizer as the coating material, the release rate of the phosphorus fertilizer can be effectively controlled, phosphorus fertilizer controlled-release effects of the magnesium ammonium phosphate material are evident under different conditions, and nutrient elements are released gently. In addition, by introduction ofthe phosphorus fertilizer, the requirement of excessive phosphorus demands of part of plants can be met, and soil hardening is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of resources, in particular to the preparation of a magnesium ammonium phosphate-phosphate slow-release fertilizer and its nutrient element release law. Background technique [0002] According to reports, my country's phosphate fertilizer production and consumption have ranked first in the world. Phosphate fertilizers mainly include organic phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus, such as manure, bone meal, superphosphate, calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, etc. Phosphorus fertilizer can increase crop yield, improve crop quality, accelerate the tillering of cereal crops and promote grain fullness, promote the flowering and fruiting of cotton, melons, solanaceous vegetables and fruit trees, increase the rate of fruiting, increase the sugar content of beet, sugarcane, watermelon, etc., rapeseed Seed oil content, etc., and can make trees grow and develop well, and make new roots t...
