The method comprises the following steps: adding a flocculating agent into oily sludge, carrying out sufficient stirring, and then carrying out dehydration and drying; mixing the dried oily sludge with coal dust to prepare coal water slurry; and pumping the coal water slurry to a Texaco furnace for high-temperature gasification so as to realize harmless treatment.
