The blast furnace oxidized pellets are prepared from the neutralized powder material of the cold-rolling acidic and alkaline oily sludge, refined ore powder and a binder, namely bentonite, through the following steps: mixing 3% to 5% by weight of the neutralizedpowder material of the cold-rolling acidic and alkaline oily sludge with 95% to 97% by weight of the refined ore powder, and adding 1.1% to 1.2% of the bentonite so as to prepare the blast furnace oxidized pellets.
