Embodiment example 1

[0015] A desertification soil improver based on rice straw, its preparation process and its use method include the following steps:

[0016] Step 1: 100 parts of dry rice straw powder passed through a 200-mesh sieve are added to a stainless steel reactor equipped with a stirring device, a temperature control device, and a solvent condensing reflux device in multiple times under rotation and stirring, and the straw is preheated to 120°C for liquefaction. In the mixed solvent, the solvent composition is: 300 parts of ethylene glycol, 100 parts of ethylene carbonate and 15 parts of concentrated sulfuric acid, stirred and liquefied for 2 hours, cooled to room temperature, and obtained straw liquefied product, which is biomass-based polyol.

[0017] Step 2: Pack the obtained straw-based polyol and toluene diisocyanate into two raw material barrels of the movable polyurethane foaming equipment respectively, according to the isocyanate molar ratio of the biomass-based polyol hydroxyl ...

Embodiment example 2

[0021] A kind of desertification soil improver based on corn stalks, its preparation process and its use method include the following steps:

[0022] Step 1: 100 parts of dried corn stalk powder passed through a 180-mesh sieve are added to a stainless steel reactor equipped with a stirring device, a temperature control device, and a solvent condensing reflux device in multiple times under rotary stirring, and the straw is preheated to 110°C for liquefaction. In the mixed solvent, the solvent composition is: 260 parts of ethylene glycol, 140 parts of ethylene carbonate and 14 parts of concentrated sulfuric acid, stirred and liquefied for 1.5 h, and cooled to room temperature to obtain corn stalk liquefaction, which is corn stalk polyol.

[0023] Step 2: Put the obtained corn stalk polyol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate into two raw material barrels of the movable polyurethane foaming equipment respectively, according to the hydroxyl value of the biomass-based polyol and the dip...

Abstract

The invention discloses preparation of a desertified soil conditioner based on straws and a using method of the desertified soil conditioner. The preparation of the desertified soil conditioner basedon the straws comprises the steps of feeding straw powder in a mixed solvent consisting of ethylene glycol, ethyene catrbonate and sulfuric acid; preparing straw polyols in a liquidation manner underthe conditions of normal pressure and middle temperature; blending the straw polyols with isocyanate at high speed; spraying the mixture to desertified soil applied with a large number of a decomposedorganic fertilizer; meanwhile stirring the sprayed soil by using a rotary stirring machine; placing the stirred agglomerated soil on the surface of the desertified soil; and slightly pressing the desertified soil to form a moisture-retention and fertilizer-retention plough layer which has the thickness of 20 cm and has a porous structure. By the conditioner, the characteristics of dispersed particles and poor moisture and fertilizer retention of the desertified soil are solved, and agglomeration structures, water retention and storage ability and nutrient adsorption functions of the desertified soil are improved effectively. By straw liquid, types and contents of organic matters of the desertified soil are improved, and repair of the desertified soil and development of high-efficiency agriculture and forestry are facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural chemistry, and in particular relates to a method for preparing and using a straw-based desertification soil improver. Background technique [0002] Soil desertification has seriously threatened the production space and sustainable development of human beings, and has become one of the ecological and environmental issues concerned by the world. China is one of the major countries deeply affected by land desertification, covering Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Tibet, Gansu, Qinghai, Shaanxi and other regions, covering an area of 1.49 million km 2 , about 15.5% of the total area of China. Due to China's large desertification area, large population, and fragile ecology, coupled with the large amount of water used in desertified soil and poor planting effects, it is very difficult to prevent and control soil desertification in China. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a soil condition...
