The treatment agent for the aquaculture pollutants, disclosed by the invention, is prepared fromthe following components in parts by mass: 0.05 to 0.3 part of microorganism thallus, 5 to 25 parts of polyacrylamide, 2 to 10 parts of sodium alginate and 3 to 20 parts of an adsorbent. The preparation method of the treatment agent for the aquaculture pollutants comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the polyacrylamide, the sodium alginate and quartz powder and heating and dissolving in a water bath; (2) after cooling, adding the microorganism thallus and mixing; putting a mixture into an injector; and (3) slowly injecting a mixed solution into a saturated boric acid solution containing 3to 6 weight percent of calcium chloride, regulating the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) value and crosslinking in the solution to obtain the treatment agent.
