Abstract

The invention discloses a novel production process for preparing an organic-inorganic composite water retaining agent. The novel production process comprises the following steps: a, mixing sodium hydroxide with deionized water, and adding the obtained mixture into acrylic acid under the condition of an ice water bath so as to obtain a product A; b, mixing titanium dioxide dispersion with deionizedwater to obtain a product B; c, mixing the product A, the product B and acrylamide, pouring the obtained mixture into a quartz tube and carrying out ultraviolet irradiation in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a photopolymerization product, i.e., a product C; d, mixing N,N-methylenebisacrylamide, ammonium persulfate and deionized water to obtain a product D; e, mixing and heating the product C andthe D product in the nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a product e; and f, soaking the product e in alcohol and then carrying out drying so as to obtain a finished product. The novel production process inthe invention solves the problems that the organic-inorganic interface of a traditional water retaining agent is not tightly combined and the traditional water retaining agent is difficult to degradeafter repeated use, prevents the water retaining agent from becoming the next white pollutant, and is of great significance to the improvement of the combination of the organic-inorganic interface ofthe water retaining agent and to the realization of degradation of the water retaining agent after repeated use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a water-retaining agent, in particular to a novel production process for preparing an organic-inorganic composite water-retaining agent. Background technique [0002] Land drought, soil erosion, desertification, sandstorms and other issues have increasingly become major ecological problems facing the world. Especially in water-shortage areas, agricultural production activities are greatly restricted, so solving soil drought resistance and water retention has become a research hotspot. [0003] Water-retaining agent is a kind of high-molecular compound, which can absorb hundreds or even thousands of times its own mass of water in a short period of time, and can release it slowly. It has excellent water absorption and water retention properties. has been widely applied. Although traditional water-retaining agents have excellent water-retaining properties, they have defects such as poor strength, residual monomers, and refractor...
