The acrylic rubber powder is added in the manufacturing process to obviously improve the bonding strength of a substrate. The cement additive reduces the water absorption ofmortar, improves the drawing strength and abrasion resistance, and reduces the drying shrinkage and inhibits the occurrence of cracks, and the bonding strength is obviously improved after repeated cold and heat actions. By adding of the styrene-acrylic emulsion, the polymerization rate is fast, the molecular weight of the product is high, the polymerization can be carried out at a lower temperature, and the cement additive is beneficial to the direct use of latex and the production of environmentally friendly products, enhances the adhesiveness, plasticity and bonding strength of the mortar, and improves the compressive strength of the mortar.
