Abstract

The bacterial agent is prepared by the steps: activating rhodococcus sp. 2G and then carrying out fermented culture, centrifuging the fermentation liquid, collecting bacteria, adding a protective agent to the bacteria, pre-freezing, and carrying out vacuum freeze-drying of the pre-frozen bacteria to obtain the DEHP degrading bacteria freeze-dried bacterial agent. A certain proportion of the bacterial agent is added in a farmland having soilpolluted by the DEHP, so the accumulation amount of the DEHP in planted vegetables is reduced while the DEHP in the soil is removed; by addition of the DEHP degrading bacterial agent and colonizationof the degrading bacteria at vegetable rhizospheres, the residual amount of the DEHP in the polluted soil and the planted vegetables can be effectively reduced.
