Abstract

The screening method comprises the steps of (1) sample pretreatment,wherein an appropriate quantity of samples are weighed, a mixed solvent of dichloromethane and methanol is used for ultrasonic extraction, centrifugation is performed to get a clear liquid, concentration and redissolving are performed, a micropore filter membrane is used for filtering, and a sample solution is prepared; and (2) liquid chromatographic separation, wherein data is collected through aquadrupole-flight time high-resolution mass spectrum, and spectral library screening is performed based on a pyrolysis law. Through the screening method, the phosphatidylserine compounds in the samples can be screened and identified with high accuracy, high sensitivity, high flux and high stability.
