Abstract

The invention discloses a novel method for determining human chorionic gonadotropin. The method comprises the following steps of: by taking waste biomass papaya peel as a raw material, synthesizing blue high-fluorescence carbon quantum dots in one step by adopting a hydrothermal method, and combining the blue high-fluorescence carbon quantum dots with silver ions to form AgCQDs; and synthesizing PS through photolysis and coordination polymerization of ferrocene dicarboxylic acid molecules in methyl alcohol, and combining AgCQDs with negative electricity and PS modified by PEI to be changed into PS with positive electricity through electrostatic attraction, wherein the obtained composite material and an rGO@Ag composite material jointly prepare a sandwich type immunosensor for HCG detection.
