Abstract

The invention discloses the application of FoxM1 in the preparation of reagents for diagnosing and treating intrauterine adhesion diseases. Application of FoxM1 as a detection target in the preparation of diagnostic reagents for intrauterine adhesions. Application of FoxM1 in preparation of medicine for treating diseases caused by uterine fibrosis. The present invention finds through experiments that the expression of FoxM1 in the endometrial tissue of patients with intrauterine adhesions is significantly reduced, especially the reduction of epithelial cells is the most significant, and the expression level of FoxM1 has a certain positive correlation with the thickness of endometrium in patients with intrauterine adhesions. The ROC plot showed that FoxM1 had good diagnostic value for intrauterine adhesions. In vitro results showed that the expression level of FoxM1 was also significantly decreased in TGFβ1-induced epithelial cell fibrosis. Therefore, FoxM1 may play an important role in the detection and treatment of intrauterine adhesions, and can be used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine adhesions.
