Embodiment 1

[0108] 4. Dissolve 125g of polyvinylidene fluoride in 30.25g of DMF and stir at 25°C for 12h to form a polymer solution. Add 5 g of zirconia powder to the above polymer solution, and stir at 25° C. for 24 hours to form a zirconia dispersion. A polyvinylidene fluoride concentration of 13.6 wt % and a zirconium oxide concentration of 16.53 wt % were obtained. The prepared zirconia dispersion was scraped onto a 900 μm Daramic membrane (pore size distribution 50-200nm, porosity 45%), the thickness of the scraper was 100 μm, and the film was naturally dried at 25°C and 20% humidity for 12 hours to obtain Zirconia seed layer composite porous membrane.

[0109] 2.2346g zirconium chloride and 1.5939mg terephthalic acid powder (molar ratio 1:1) were dissolved in 120mL DMF, stirred and dissolved to obtain a precursor solution (concentration of zirconium chloride in solution was 80mmolL -1 ). Soak 3g of zirconia seed layer composite porous membrane in 120mL of precursor solution (3g / 1...

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method and application of a metal organic framework compound composite membrane. The method at least comprises the following steps of: (1) transferring a dispersion liquid containing organic polymer resin, a metal source I and an organic solvent to the surface of a porous membrane substrate, and removing the organic solvent to obtain a substrate membrane containing a seed crystal; (2) obtaining a solution containing a metal source II, an organic ligand and an organic solvent; and (3) putting the substrate membrane containing the seed crystal into the solution in the step (2), and carrying out in-situ reaction to obtain the metal organic framework compound composite membrane. The metal organic framework compound is introduced into the surface of the substrate membrane in situ through a seed crystal-secondary growth method, so that the metal organic framework compound composite membrane is formed. The metal organic framework compound composite membrane is simple to prepare, and the process is environment-friendly.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to a preparation method and application of a metal-organic framework compound composite membrane, and belongs to the field of zinc-iodine flow batteries. Background technique [0002] Since the second industrial revolution, the fossil energy crisis has become increasingly serious, and the research on power generation and energy storage of renewable energy represented by wind energy and solar energy has attracted a lot of attention. Flow battery energy storage technology has large-scale energy storage potential, long discharge time, high power density, and flexible device design, which can effectively improve the imbalance between the energy storage side and the power consumption side of renewable energy discharge. Zinc-iodine flow battery is a new type of flow battery, which uses zinc as the negative electrode and iodine as the positive electrode. It has the advantages of high energy density, low price, and environmental...
