Abstract

The invention discloses mouthwash for photodynamic therapy. The mouthwash comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.01-1% of porphyrin salt, 0.01-10% of an anti-allergic agent, 0.001-10% of a sweetening agent and 0.01-10% of a preservative, with the balance being water. According to the invention, the porphyrin salt, the anti-allergic agent, the sweetening agent and the preservative are added into water and are stirred until the materials are completely dissolved so as to obtain the mouth wash for photodynamic therapy. According to the invention, zinc porphyrin and other porphyrin metal salts are used as main components, singlet oxygen is generated by blue light irradiation, a very high killing effect on bacteria and fungi, especially anaerobic bacteria, is achieved, and the problems of coloring and weak bactericidal ability of a traditional antibacterial agent are avoided. Meanwhile, the zinc salt can also directly interact with sulfur in VCS to form insoluble sulfide, so halitosis is quickly reduced. The mouthwash can simultaneously solve the problems of halitosis, oral ulcer and hemodia.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical products, and discloses a mouthwash for photodynamic therapy and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Bacteria are the most important contributors to bad breath, mouth sores and tooth sensitivity. In particular, anaerobic bacteria contribute the most to bad breath, and persistent malodor is mainly the result of microbial metabolism. Mouth ulcers are mainly caused by Candida albicans. Food residues adhere to the surface of the teeth, attracting bacteria to accumulate, and the bacteria metabolize and corrode the teeth, causing tooth sensitivity problems. [0003] Several oral care products have been developed on the market to reduce bad breath, including toothpastes and mouthwashes that contain antimicrobial properties such as cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) and chlorhexidine, but the presence of these Tooth staining, weak bactericidal ability and other problems.
