The merits of this invention are as fellows: 1. the main treating reagent of this invention is sulfate, and it does not have chrome acid or cyanide, so it is no pollution. 2. The reagent of this invention can be reused by additional addition, so this could save the resource and decrease the cost of production. Contrasting to the anodic oxidation technology, this invention can decrease around 60.5% cost. 3. The process of this technology is simple, is easy to construct automatic production line and does not need large capital for device. 4. The chemical conversion membrane forms by this technology could improve the adhesion of the magnesium alloy and corrosion resistance. 5. This invention grasps the optimum ratio of reagent, temperature of heating and time of treatment, and it also avoids the instability of the reagent, non-homogeneous conversion membrane and is easy to slough.
