The invention provides a control method and device for improving the effective utilization ratio of oxygen during noninvasive ventilation. The control method and device are used for improving the synchronization of a ventilator and an oxygen generator by controlling the triggering of the oxygen generator through the ventilator. The control method comprises the following steps: a, acquiring pressure flow data generated when a user breathes; b, judging whether the user performs the inhaling action or not based on the pressure flow data; c, if the user performs the inhaling action, sending oxygen generation or/and oxygen supply control instructions to the oxygen generator; d, receiving feedback information of the oxygen generator in a working state M, wherein the feedback information corresponds to the control instructions. The invention further provides the corresponding control device. Through adoption of the control method and device, the portable noninvasive ventilator and oxygen generator can be cooperatively used when a patient is positioned outside or in other environments, and thus the patient can receive noninvasive positive-pressure ventilation treatment and oxygen therapy at the same time.
