internal temperature detection device of a vulcanizing
machine, and relates to the technical field of rubber molding and
fluidization. According to the device, a temperaturemeasuring tank is arranged on the vulcanizing
machine through a fixing frame, one side of a tank body of the temperature measuring tank is provided with a supporting
pipe, an included angle between the supporting
pipe and the tank body is formed, a temperature measuring
resistor is arranged in an accommodating cavity at one end, away from the temperature measuring tank, of the supporting
pipe, one end of a temperature measuring guide rod is connected with the temperature measuring
resistor, the other end of the temperature measuring guide rod extends into the tank cavity of the temperature measuring tank through a pipe hole of the supporting pipe, and the temperature measuring
resistor does not make direct contact with steam flowing through the temperature measuring tank, so that steam
impact is avoided, the measuring result is accurate, and the service life of the temperature measuring resistor is long; and the included angle is formed between the supporting pipe and one end of a steam introduction pipe of the tank body, so that condensate water does not interfere with the temperature measuring resistor and the temperature measuring guide rod, the data fluctuation is small, and the
false alarm happens seldom. The
internal temperature detection device has the advantages of being reasonable in design, simple in structure, small in maintenance strength and good in production continuity.
