The invention provides a carbon-based magnetic mesoporous composite microsphere and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of the preparation of an inorganic composite material. The diameter of the carbon-based magnetic mesoporous composite microsphere particle is 3-6 microns, the specific surface area of the microsphere is 270-315 m2/g, the pore diameter is 4-8 nanometers, and the pore volume is 0.15-0.31 cm3/g. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, synthesizing an FexOy/ carbon-based composite microsphere; and then, preparing the gamma-Fe2O3/ carbon-based magnetic mesoporous composite microsphere. The invention has the following obvious advantages: the FexOy/ carbon-based composite microsphere is synthesized in one step, the activation and magnetization are synchronously carried out, and the obtained material has a simplex magnetic component, is in a mesoporous structure and has a large specific surface area. The preparation method of the mesoporous carbon-based magnetic composite microsphere is simple and easy to control magnetically, can be used as a micro adsorbent or magnetic targeted drug carrier, and has potential application value in delivery and separation processes.

The preparation method is characterized in that the purpose of controlling the particle diameter of emulsion is achieved by regulating and controlling the cross-linking degree and the branching degree of synthesizing water-borne polyurethane during a reaction process of castor oil and epoxy resin, castor oil epoxidized double modified water-borne polyurethane of which the particle diameter is 400 to 2000 nm and organosilicon castor oil double modified water-borne polyurethane of which the particle diameter is 50 to 200 nm are synthesized by selectively introducing organosilicon, and a paint film is obtained by carrying out physical blending and compounding on the castor oil epoxidized double modified water-borne polyurethane and the organosilicon castor oil double modified water-borne polyurethane. Compared with one-component self-extinction type water-borne polyurethane, due to branching and cross-linking action of the castor oil and the epoxy resin, the synthesized self-extinction type modified water-borne polyurethane coating material has high hardness, better scratch resistance, better hydrolysis resistance and better thermal stability, and particularly, due to introduction of the organosilicon, a good touch sense is also given to a self-extinction type modified water-borne polyurethane paint film.
