Problems solved by technology

However, sludge hydrolysis takes a long time, generally requires a residence time of 15d-30d (ie 15-30 days), the yield of dissolved organic matter is relatively low, and the ammonia nitrogen and phosphate released during sludge hydrolysis may increase Nitrogen and phosphorus load in sewage denitrification and phosphorus removal treatment system
Long sludge hydrolysis time and large release of nitrogen and phosphorus have become the application bottleneck of sewage hydrolysis to provide carbon source technology

[0026] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the embodiments of the present invention will be further described in detail below. Here, the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof of the present invention are only used to explain the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0027] figure 1 A flow chart showing the method for providing carbon source by using ultrasonic enhanced sludge hydrolysis of the present invention. Such as figure 1 As shown, biological sludge is sequentially processed through ultrasonic sludge processor 1, anaerobic hydrolysis reactor 2, mud-water separation equipment 3, and crystallization reactor 4, and finally forms a supernatant rich in high-quality carbon sources such as SCOD and VFAs. Finally, put the supernatant directly into the nitrogen and phosphorus removal system.

Abstract

The invention relates to a system and method for obtaining a carbon source by utilizing ultrasonic enhanced sludge hydrolysis. The biological sludge in a municipal sewage plant is used as a raw material; the flocculation structure and cell wall of the sludge are firstly damaged by utilizing a waterpower shear force generated by an ultrasonic cavitation effect; the sludge after ultrasonic preprocessing is added to an anaerobic hydrolysis reactor; and under anaerobic conditions, macromolecular solid organic matters are finally converted into volatile fatty acids (VFAs) such as acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and the like through a series of biological hydrolytic action. In the invention, the efficiency and velocity for a sludge to release a carbon source are improved by utilizing the coupling of ultrasonic processing and anaerobic hydrolysis processes, and the N (nitrogen) and P (phosphorus) which are released by hydrolysis are effectively eliminated and recovered by utilizing a crystallization method. The invention can solve the problem of carbon source insufficiency of the existing denitrification and dephosphorization process and realizes the stabilization and resource of the sludge to some extent. Simultaneously, because the hydrolysis velocity of the sludge is enhanced, the hydrolysis time of the sludge is greatly shortened and the investment and operating cost of engineering are lowered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and in particular relates to a system and method for obtaining carbon sources by using ultrasonic waves to strengthen sludge hydrolysis. Background technique [0002] The eutrophication of water bodies caused by nitrogen and phosphorus has become increasingly prominent, forcing the country to impose stricter requirements on nitrogen and phosphorus discharge standards. In the process of sewage biological treatment, organic carbon source is the controlling factor of sewage biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The content of carbon sources in my country's urban sewage is relatively low, and sewage treatment plants generally need to add external carbon sources such as methanol, acetic acid, and sodium acetate to achieve the discharge of nitrogen and phosphorus, which increases the cost of sewage treatment. [0003] Biological sludge hydrolysis and acidification is recognized ...
