Problems solved by technology

However, the feed and nutrition problems of sea cucumbers have always been the bottlenecks restricting the healthy development of the sea cucumber aquaculture industry. Among them, the imbalance of feed nutrition, the low utilization rate of sea cucumbers for feed, and the deterioration of water quality by residual high-protein bait are the most critical factors.
[0003] Sea cucumber belongs to lower invertebrates, and its digestion and absorption function is very weak compared with that of mammals. Most nutrients need to be decomposed by the flora in the intestinal tract, and its digestion and absorption circulation system has a short journey. Most of the nutrients are not fully contacted or decomposed by enzymes, so they are excreted in feces, which not only causes waste of feed, fails to achieve the purpose of fully absorbing and transforming feed, but also pollutes water quality, and more importantly, affects sea cucumbers. Efficient absorption and utilization of nutrients

Abstract

The invention discloses a sea cucumber microorganism fermented feed and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: doping a micro ecological preparation into a basic feed and performing solid fermentation, wherein the basic feed consists of the following comprises in percentage by mass: 25-35 percent of doederlein spikemoss herb meal, 5-15 percent of degummed kelp meal, 1-5 percent of sleeve-fish viscera meal, 5-10 percent of fish meal, 5-15 percent of sargassum thunbergii kuntze meal, 1-5 percent of zeolite powder, 5-10 percent of oyster shell whiting, 1-3percent of compound vitamins and mineral substances and 1-5 percent of compound enzyme preparation; and the using amount of the micro ecological preparation is 1-5 percent based on the mass of the basic feed. Due to the adoption of the feed, the requirements of normal nutrient substances and energy level on sea cucumber can be met, the digestibility rate of the sea cucumber and the utilization ratio of the feed are increased, a certain growing speed can be kept for the sea cucumber, the damage of residual bait on a cultivation water body is reduced under good ecological condition, and the useof antibiotics is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an environment-friendly sea cucumber microbial fermented feed and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of feed. Background technique [0002] Sea cucumber has been known as the "top of the eight treasures" in the sea since ancient times in our country. It not only has extremely high nutritional value, but also has a very wide range of medicinal value. It is a sea treasure with the same origin of medicine and food. At present, sea cucumber cultivation is the single species with the highest output value in my country's aquaculture. In 2010, the national annual output value exceeded 30 billion yuan. It has become a pillar industry of my country's aquaculture industry, and the scale of cultivation is still expanding year by year. However, the feed and nutrition of sea cucumbers have always been the bottlenecks restricting the healthy development of the sea cucumber aquaculture industry. Among them, the imb...
