Problems solved by technology

However, due to the complexity of the sample matrix, the above methods require a relatively cumbersome sample pretreatment process during the detection process, usually using a fast and simple solid phase extraction technique
However, the adsorption of analytes by traditional solid-phase extraction fillers is usually non-specific, which is not conducive to the purification of samples.

Embodiment Construction

[0010] Below in conjunction with embodiment, the present invention is further described; Following embodiment is illustrative, not limiting, can not limit protection scope of the present invention with following embodiment.

[0011] The present invention uses molecular imprinting technology to synthesize a highly selective adsorption functional material for methimazole, and its specific examples are:

[0012] (1) Accurately measure 10.0 mL of absolute ethanol and place it in a round-bottomed flask, take 2.19 mmol of methimazole, 8.78 mmol of methacrylic acid, and 12.68 mmol of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, stir for 2 hours, and add azobis 130mg of isobutyronitrile, ultrasonication for 20min, slow nitrogen gas flow for 15min, UV irradiation (λ=365nm) to initiate polymerization for 12h;

[0013] (2) The above-mentioned polymerized product is pulverized and sieved to obtain polymer particles with a particle size of 80-125 μm;

[0014] (3) The prepared polymer was mixed with 50...

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a methimazole molecularly imprinted polymer. The method comprises the technical key points of: dissolving the template molecule methimazole, the functional monomer methacrylic acid and the cross-linking agent ethylene glycol dimethacrylate in a mole ratio of 1:4:5.81 into the pore forming agent absolute ethanol; adding the initiator azodiisobutyronitrile, conducting ultrasonic processing for 20min, introducing nitrogen for 15min, initiating polymerization under ultraviolet irradiation (lambda=365nm) for 12h; after the reaction, crushing and sieving the product, and taking polymer particles with a particle size of 80-125 micrometers, and washing the particles with a mixed solution of 50mL of methanol and 50mL 1.0mol L<-1> of hydrochloric acid under stirring, carrying out soxhlet extraction with a mixed solution of methanol and glacial acetic acid that are in a volume ratio of 9:1 to remove the template molecule, implementing vacuum drying at a temperature of 70DEG C for 10h, thus obtaining the methimazole molecularly imprinted polymer. The preparation method of the invention has low cost, simple synthesis process and easily controllable reaction conditions, and the obtained molecularly imprinted polymer can be used for concentration of the trace amount of methimazole existing in a sample and substrate purification, so that the method provided in the invention boasts great application value and market prospects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of polymer materials, in particular to a method for preparing a methimazole molecularly imprinted polymer. Background technique [0002] Methimazole (Methimazole) is an antithyroid drug, which is mainly used clinically to treat hyperthyroidism. Its mechanism of action is to hinder the oxidation of iodide and the coupling of tyrosine in the thyroid by inhibiting the activity of peroxidase in the thyroid, and hinder the synthesis of thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). According to reports, 79.2% of the methimazole ingested into the organism is excreted in the form of the original drug, but the rest will remain in the tissue, causing side effects on the metabolism of the living body, such as dermatitis, deafness of taste and smell, pharyngitis, high fever, etc. . In a small number of cases, more serious diseases such as nephritis and hepatitis will occur. At present, the methods for detecting methimazo...
