Problems solved by technology

However, long-term or excessive use of a single pesticide can easily lead to disease resistance, greatly reducing the control effect, increasing the amount of pesticide residues, killing a large number of natural enemies, destroying the micro-ecological balance of farmland and polluting the environment. While developing h...

[0071] Example 2 : Spore Germination Inhibition Test

[0072] 1. Anti-banana fusarium wilt microbial preparation and preparation method thereof

[0073] The preparation method of anti-banana fusarium wilt microorganism preparation, its steps are as follows:

[0074] (1) Test tube culture

[0075] The Penicillium grisea ( Penicillium griseofulvum ) XJ-EP-058 CGMCC No. 5467 strain was inoculated on the slant of the test tube solid medium, and cultured at 28°C for 7 days to obtain the test tube species; the formula of the solid medium was: 200g of potatoes; 20g of grapes; agar 15~20 g; distilled water 1000ml; natural pH7.0;

[0076] (2) Liquid seed culture

[0077] Adopt 500ml Erlenmeyer flask shake flask culture, the method is:

[0078] 1. prepare liquid seed culture medium, mix each composition and content thereof by liquid seed culture medium formula and form liquid seed culture medium, the formula of described liquid seed culture medium is: glucose 20.0g, peptone 10....

Embodiment 3

[0092] Example 3 : Mycelial Growth Inhibition Test

[0093]Mycelia growth inhibition test: Pour 8 ml of water agar medium into a sterilized petri dish with an inner diameter of 9 cm. The water agar medium formula is: 20 g of agar, 1000 ml of distilled water, pH7.0. The Fusarium wilt conidia suspension described in Example 2 is fully mixed with 10 ml of PDA medium (PDA medium is identical to the PDA medium described in Example 2), and poured into water agar medium In the petri dish, a double-layer carrier medium was made. The mycelium growth inhibition test adopts the conventional cup and saucer method, that is, an Oxford cup is placed on each double-layer plate with bacteria, and 0.2ml of the anti-banana wilt microbial preparation described in Example 2 is added to the Oxford cup, and clear water is used as a blank control , repeat 5 samples, put them in a 28°C incubator for 72 hours, and measure the diameter of the inhibition zone with the cross method.

Abstract

The invention discloses a penicilliumgriseofulvum XJ-EP-058 strain as well as a microbial preparation resisting banana vascular wilt and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of microbial pesticides. The strain is penicilliumgriseofulvum XJ-EP-058 with the preservation number of CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No.5467. The microbial preparation, containing the strain, for resisting the banana vascular wilt is obtained by test tube seed culture, liquid seed culture for the strain and liquid fermentation culture for the strain. The strain and the microbial preparation, containing the strain, for resisting the banana vascular wilt have obvious in-vitro and in-vivo preventing effects and have the germination inhibition rate reaching 100% to spores of banana vascular wilt bacteria, and the average diameter of bacteriostatic zones to the banana vascular wilt bacteria is 14.5mm; and a result of a greenhouse potted living organism test shows that the strain and the microbial preparation have the average control effect reaching 74.38% on the banana vascular wilt bacteria. The microbial preparation has the advantages of low raw material cost and simple and feasible production process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a banana endophytic fungus and its anti-banana fusarium wilt microbial agent, application and preparation method of the microbial agent, belonging to the technical field of microbial pesticides. Background technique [0002] Banana vascular wilt (Banana vascular wilt), also known as Panama disease and yellow leaf disease, is caused by the semi-known fungus Hyphomycetes, Tumorasporum, Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium oxysporum Cuban specialization [ Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cubes (E.F.Smith) Snyder] is a devastating disease of bananas. In May 2007, my country included banana fusarium wilt in the list of imported plant quarantine pests. At present, Fusarium wilt of banana is widely distributed in banana producing areas in Asia, Africa, Australia, South Pacific and tropical America. In 1960, my country first discovered banana wilt on plantains in Guangxi. In the late 1970s, it occurred successively in Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan, Y...
