The invention relates to a method for producing an organic granulated fertilizer or feed by biogas slurry, which comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing mixed slurry, i.e. mixing the filtered biogas slurry and sodium humate to obtain the slurry; (2) preparing an intermediate, i.e. heating and stirring the slurry, concentrating and drying to obtain the intermediate; (3) preparing the organic granulated fertilizer, i.e. adding dregs of Chinese herbal medicine, the sodium humate, industrial solid waste and inorganic nitrogen phosphorus and potassium fertilizer into the intermediate and pelletizing after mixing so as to obtain the granulated fertilizer; and (4) preparing the organic feed, i.e. adding corn starch, bran powder, pine needle meal, the sodium humate and clear liquid of the biogas slurry into the intermediate and squeezing and pelletizing after mixing so as to obtain the organic feed. In the method disclosed by the invention, the biogas slurry in a biogas fermenting tank is sufficiently utilized, the biogas slurry not only can be used for being applied in rural areas as the organic fertilizer, but also can be prepared into the feed for being used in the breeding industry. The method has the advantages that the biogas slurry is comprehensively utilized; the nature is greened; the environment is purified; and the method is beneficial to virtuous circle of the ecological organic agriculture. The method has simple equipment and is time-saving and labor-saving. The process method is simple, convenient and feasible and is beneficial for being popularized and applied in the rural areas.
