Abstract

The invention relates to a treatment system for organic pollutants in tail gas and aims to provide a four-stage sludge drying tail gas treatment system. The system comprises a gliding arc discharge plasma reactor, a dust remover, a condenser and activated carbon absorbers, wherein the dust remover is connected with the drying tail gas outlet of a hollow blade-type drying machine; the condenser is connected with the dust remover; one ends of the activated carbon absorber are mutually connected with the condenser, and meanwhile, are mutually connected with the plasma reactor; the other ends of the activated carbon absorbers are mutually connected with a chimney, and meanwhile, are mutually connected with a heat exchanger; and the chimney is also connected with the plasma reactor. According to the four-stage sludge drying tail gas treatment system, heat is supplied by utilizing the waste heat of a boiler, thus, the operating cost of the system is low; desorbed tail gas can be fully degraded by the plasma reactor so as to avoid secondary pollution; and the phenomenon that the operating continuity of the whole system is influenced because saturated adsorbents are replaced is avoided by adopting two sets of activated carbon adsorption devices, so that the operating process of the whole system is more efficient.
