Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing soluble dietary fiber by utilizing dwarf lilyturf slag. The method is implemented by the following steps of: (1) performing the pretreatment of water vapor steam explosion, drying, crushing and screening on the dwarf lilyturf slag; (2) uniformly mixing the pretreated dwarf lilyturf slag, water and a nitrogen source according to a certain proportion; (3) performing steam sterilization treatment on the uniformly mixed materials; (4) inoculating one or more of trichoderma koningii, trichoderma viride and white rot fungi on the sterilized materials to perform solid-state fermentation; (5) extracting the fermented cultures by using high-temperature water, filtering the extracted solution, collecting the filtrate, and precipitating the filtrate by using absolute ethyl alcohol; and (6) dewatering the precipitate by filter press and drying the precipitate in a drying oven to obtain a product serving as the soluble dietary fiber. Due to the adoption of the method disclosed by the invention, the soluble dietary fiber can be extracted from the dwarf lilyturf slag; the resource utilization of the dwarf lilyturf slag can be realized; and the method has very good environmental benefits, economic benefits and social benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of industrial waste recycling, and relates to a method for preparing soluble dietary fiber by fermenting Ophiopogon japonicus dregs. [0002] Background technique [0003] The "disease of civilization" caused by unbalanced diet or overnutrition has appeared in our country. Obesity, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes and colon cancer have become the main diseases that endanger the health of our people. Therefore, in this context, the nutritional function of dietary fiber and its research and development is a very important topic in our country. Dietary fiber includes two categories: soluble dietary fiber and insoluble dietary fiber: insoluble dietary fiber is mainly a component of cell walls, including cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. Soluble dietary fiber mainly includes intracellular storage substances and secretions, such as pectin and polysaccharides. Soluble dietary fiber has stronger physiologi...
