Embodiment 1

[0017] Take 60ml of deionized water, add a few drops of ammonia water to adjust the pH value between 9-10, weigh 150g of 400 mesh alumina ceramic powder, and place it in deionized water, adjust the pH value to 9-10, add 3ml of JA-281, and fully stirred, then add 65g of starch greater than 400 mesh as a pore-forming agent. Then add 5.4g of acrylamide and 0.25g of N-N'-methylenetripropylamide and stir well. Then add about 1.2ml of tetramethylethylenediamine solution (50% concentration), fully stir and vacuumize on a vacuum mixer to eliminate air bubbles in the slurry. Finally, about 0.6ml of ammonium persulfate solution (5% concentration) was added to the slurry, and after rapid and thorough stirring, the slurry was placed into the prepared mold, and after standing for about 1 hour, the gelled sample was taken out.

[0018] The molded green body was naturally dried at room temperature for 24 hours, and then dried in a 40°C oven for 5 hours; then the sample was placed in a high-...

[0021] Take 50ml of deionized water, add a few drops of ammonia water to adjust the pH value between 9-10, weigh 100g of 300 mesh alumina ceramic powder, and place it in deionized water, adjust the pH value to 9-10, add 3ml of JA-281, and fully stirred, then add 24g of graphite powder larger than 400 mesh as a pore-forming agent. Then add 3.5g of acrylamide and 0.15g of N-N'-methylenetripropylamide and stir well. Then add about 0.9ml of tetramethylethylenediamine solution (50% concentration), fully stir and vacuumize on a vacuum mixer to eliminate air bubbles in the slurry. Finally, add about 0.5ml of ammonium persulfate solution (5% concentration) to the slurry, stir quickly and fully, put the slurry into the prepared mold, let it stand for about 1 hour, and take out the gelled sample.

[0022] The molded green body was naturally dried at room temperature for 20 hours, and then dried in a 60°C oven for 8 hours; then the sample was placed in a high-temperature furnace, and th...

Abstract

The invention relates to a manufacturing technology of heat insulation ceramic materials and particularly relates to a method for preparing porous alumina ceramic. The method comprises the following steps of: (a), with alumina powder as a raw material, adding a proper amount of pore-forming agent and molding by adopting a gel casting process; (b), naturally drying a molded biscuit for 12-24 hours at room temperature, and then drying for 5-10 hours at 40-80 DEG C; and (c), putting the dried sample into a high-temperature furnace, raising the temperature to 600 DEG C in an air atmosphere at a speed of 1-3 DEG C / minute, preserving the heat for 2-4 hours so as to remove the pore-forming agent, raising the temperature to 1350-1550 DEG C at the speed of 2-25 DEG C / minute, preserving the heat for 30-180 minutes, and carrying out high-temperature sintering to obtain the porous alumina ceramic. The method can be used for preparing the porous alumina ceramic material with complicated appearance; in addition, the prepared alumina ceramic has the excellent performances such as low heat conductivity and high porosity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the manufacturing technology of heat-insulating ceramic materials, in particular to a method for preparing porous alumina ceramics. Background technique [0002] Alumina ceramics have good physical and chemical properties, such as high melting point, high strength, high hardness, high toughness, good corrosion resistance and chemical stability. Therefore, alumina, as a structural material, has been widely used in many fields such as metallurgy, chemistry, and energy. With the expansion of the application range of alumina, the shape of ceramic components tends to be complex, and the traditional molding process is difficult to prepare ceramic devices with complex shapes, or the prepared ceramics have poor performance. Gel-casting is a new molding process. This technology combines the traditional ceramic manufacturing process with the method of polymerizing organic monomers to form polymers. The polymerization of organic monomers...
