Abstract

The invention provides a gracilaria slag fermented active feed and a preparation method thereof. The preparation technology comprises preparation of compound microorganisms and solid fermentation process of gracilaria slag. The preparation method mainly comprises the following steps: firstly preparing a microbial strain through liquid fermentation; then inoculating the microbial strain into a gracilaria slag solid matrix and fermenting by an aerobic fermentation process; and finally drying and crushing after fermentation so as to obtain the gracilaria slag fermented active feed. The gracilaria slag fermented active feed of the invention contains rich polysaccharide, protein, lactic acid, protease and activated probiotics, etc. When used for livestock and poultry, the feed of the invention has remarkable effects of promoting animal growth, improving microflora balance in animal body, reducing diarrhoea and discharge and the like, and also has a positive effect of reducing use of antibiotic and discharge of organic waste.
