Abstract

The invention discloses a water-soluble glabridin-coated multivesicular lipidosome which is prepared from phospholipid, neutral lipid, cholesterol, an organic solvent, a hydrophilic emulsifier, water-soluble glabridin, amino acid, an osmotic pressure regulator and deionized water. The phospholipid, the cholesterol and the neutral lipid are dissolved into the organic solvent to be used as an organic phase; the water-soluble glabridin, amino acid, the osmotic pressure regulator and the deionized water are mixed as an inner water phase; organic phase components are added to inner water phase components to prepare W / O-type primary emulsion; the hydrophilic emulsifier, amino acid, the osmotic pressure regulator and the deionized water are mixed as an outer water phase; outer water phase components are homogenized, the W / O-type primary emulsion is added and the mixture is homogenized and subjected to ultrasonic treatment to be stirred and cooled so as to form W / O / W-type multi-emulsion; and the multi-emulsion is dispersed into an amino acid solution and nitrogen is introduced to remove the organic solvent to obtain a water-soluble glabridin-coated multivesicular lipidosome suspension.
