The invention discloses a carbon black-toughened and modified ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber-polyvinyl chloride compound protection sleeve which is prepared by the following steps: firstly, using vinyltrichlorosilane for hydrolytic condensation to obtain octaethylene polyhedral silsesquioxane; performing catalytic polymerization on vinyl of octaethylene polyhedral silsesquioxane and allyl of allyl glycidyl ether to obtain epoxy polyhedral silsesquioxane; then, using vinyl chloride and epoxy polyhedral silsesquioxane for grafting, polymerizing and coating modified carbon black, and premixing, melting, plasticizing, mixing and extruding the modified carbon black, EPDM rubber, polyvinyl chloride and other additives to obtain tube materials; and finally, performing extrusion molding and bidirectional stretching to obtain the carbon black-toughened and modified EPDM rubber-polyvinyl chloride compound protection sleeve.
