The flavonoid glycoside of lotus leaves acquired through purification is quercetin-3-O-beta-Dglucuronide,the purity of the quercetin-3-O-beta-Dglucuronide is greater than 99.22%, the yield is high, and the cost is low. The extraction method provided by the invention is simple and fast, the extraction process can realize automation, intelligence, greening and digital quantization.
