The high-temperature-resistant aromatic nylon 56 comprises 55-65% of PA56 resin, 0.2-0.5% of a coupling agent, 2-5% of a toughening agent, 15-18% of a heat-resisting agent, 5-8% of a heat stabilizer, 0.5-0.9% of mica powder, 0.8-1.1% of a lubricating agent, 0.2-0.5% of a demolding agent, 0.3-0.6%of an antioxidant, 4-7% of aromatics and 3-8% of glass fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the PA56 resin with the coupling agent, the toughening agent, the heat-resisting agent, the heat stabilizer, the lubricating agent, the demolding agent, the antioxidant and the glass fibers for 3 minutes in a high mixing machine, fully stirring the various components, and mixing the components uniformly; and adding the raw materials which are mixed uniformly in a reaction kettle, smelting the raw materials into melt at the temperature of 260-270 DEG C, then adding the mica powder in the melt in the reaction kettle for 5-10 minutes, keeping adding the aromatics in the reaction kettle and stirring for 5 minutes to form mixed liquor, adding the mixed liquor in a double-screw extruder which is pretreated in advance and then carrying out extrusion forming.
