Problems solved by technology

Although acrylic size has the advantages of good adhesion and soft film, the disadvantages of this type of size are moisture absorption, re-adhesion, and insufficient toughness of the film.
[0003] Chinese patent CN105040438A discloses a kind of textile wake-up slurry, which is composed of water, emulsifier, initiator, emulsifying wax, and monomer. Although it has the advantages of low cost, good stability, and no pollution to the environment, but It still has the problem of moisture absorption and stickiness

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel synthesis acrylic acid emulsion for spinning and a preparation method thereof. The emulsion is prepared from, by weight, 50-60 parts of a soft monomer, 20-30 parts ofa hard monomer, 10-30 parts of a functional monomer, 3-8 parts of an emulsifier, 0.3-1 part of an initiator, 0.5-2 parts of organic modified nanometer layered bimetal hydroxide, 1-8 parts of a pH regulator and 100-200 parts of deionized water. Compared with the prior art, by adding MgAl-SDS-LDH, more bonding loci exist between the sheet inorganic additive and polymer molecules, the more dense structure is formed, and the tenacity of the film is improved; due to the mutual effect between the LDH sheet layer and the polymer molecules, the system moisture absorption and re-stickiness are lowered, and the technology is simple and suitable for industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a novel synthetic acrylic emulsion for textiles and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In textile processing, warp sizing must be done before the yarn is woven into cloth to give the warp a smooth surface, improve its strength and wear resistance, and increase the weavability of the yarn. At present, starch, PVA, and acrylic size are the three main types of size. Due to its good adhesion to hydrophilic fibers, starch is used the most. However, starch has the disadvantages of brittle and hard size film, low elongation, and poor stability. PVA size has a good sizing effect on polyester fibers. However, its adhesion is insufficient, and it is easy to crust and difficult to desizing, especially because it is difficult to be decomposed by microorganisms and easy to pollute the environment. It is classified as unclean slurry and has been banned by developed c...
