The invention provides a waterproof coating material used for high interfacial adhesion strength and made of activated rubber particles, wherein the waterproof coating material is prepared by mixing 40-80 parts of cement, 40-80 parts of rubber particles, 20-40 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2-6 parts of acrylic acid, 1-6 parts of triethanolamine, 10-30 parts of a polystyrene resin, 5-10 parts of an epoxy resin and 2-4 parts of urea, wherein the ultrafine rubber particles comprise, by weight, 55-75 parts of tire rubber powder particles, 10-40 parts of a petroleum resin, 0.5-3 parts of a compatibilizer, 15-30 parts of butyl rubber powder, 0.1-1.2 parts of an activator, 0.1-1.4 parts of a viscosity reducer, 6-18 parts of a separation agent, 9-15 parts of a modified filler, and 4-6 parts of an inorganic filler.
