Embodiment 1

[0024] A kind of synthetic method of urea peroxide, comprises the following steps:

[0025] (1) Hydrogen peroxide and urea that the ratio of substance amount is 1.6:1 are packed into reactor, stirring at room temperature makes

[0026] It was dissolved, and then 2 mL of ethanol was added to the above solution, and stirred at room temperature for 30 min;

[0027] (2) Cool and crystallize the above solution at 5° C., the crystallization time is 24 hours, then filter, and freeze the filter cake in a freeze dryer.

Embodiment 2

[0029] A kind of synthetic method of urea peroxide, comprises the following steps:

[0030] (1) Hydrogen peroxide and urea that the ratio of substance amount is 1.6:1 are packed into reactor, stir at room temperature to make it dissolve, then add 0.5mL of terpineol to the above solution, stir at room temperature for 30min;

[0031] (2) After the reaction, the above solution was cooled and crystallized at 5° C., the crystallization time was 24 hours, and then filtered, and the filter cake was freeze-dried in a freeze dryer.

[0032] The urea peroxide obtained by embodiment 2 is compared with its effect on various pathogenic microorganisms with independent urea peroxide and terpineol, it can be seen that the urea peroxide that has added terpineol shows the maximum inhibition zone, like Figure 4 shown.

Embodiment 3

[0034] A kind of synthetic method of urea peroxide, comprises the following steps:

[0035] (1) Hydrogen peroxide and urea with a ratio of substance amount of 1.6:1 are charged into a reactor, stirred at room temperature to be dissolved, then 0.1 g of glycine is added to the solution, and stirred at room temperature for 30 min;

[0036] (2) After the reaction, the above solution was cooled and crystallized at 5° C., the crystallization time was 24 hours, and then filtered, and the filter cake was freeze-dried in a freeze dryer.

[0037] Carry out antibacterial test with the urea peroxide that embodiment 1-3 makes: drip the urea peroxide solution that 20 μ L concentration is 1M in the center of coating Staphylococcus aureus culture medium, spend the night in 37 ℃ constant temperature incubator, observe Zone of inhibition. Example 1 ( figure 1 ), Example 2 ( figure 2 ), Example 3 ( image 3 ) obtained urea peroxide showed obvious inhibition zone to Staphylococcus aureus.

Abstract

The invention discloses a synthesis method of urea peroxide and applications of the urea peroxide in an antibacterial agent. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: adding hydrogen peroxide and urea into a reactor in proportion, and stirring at room temperature to dissolve hydrogen peroxide and urea; adding an additive into the reactor, and stirring at room temperature; and cooling andcrystallizing an solution in the reactor, filtering, and freeze-drying an obtained filter cake. The urea peroxide obtained by the invention is solid powder, is not easy to absorb moisture, is convenient to store and transport, is not easy to deteriorate, has a good sterilization effect, has good inhibition and killing effects on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, bacillus sakazakii, salmonella typhimurium, listeria monocytogenes and vibrio parahaemolyticus, and is a potential broad-spectrum antibacterial agent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a synthesis method and application of urea peroxide, in particular to a synthesis method and application of urea peroxide in antibacterial agents. Background technique [0002] The molecular formula of urea peroxide is CO(NH 2 ) 2 ·H 2 o 2 , the relative molecular mass is 94.07, and the appearance is white transparent flaky crystal or white powdery solid. It is easily soluble in water, and will absorb heat when dissolved in water, with a melting point of 75-85°C. Dissolved in water, it will be decomposed into hydrogen peroxide and urea. It has the properties of urea and hydrogen peroxide. The pH of the aqueous solution is nearly neutral, non-toxic and odorless, good stability, and long-term effect. It can be used for sterilization, disinfection, bleaching, etc. It can be widely used in different fields such as medicine, daily chemical industry, agriculture, food and so on. [0003] Most of the existing synthetic methods o...
