Abstract

The invention relates to a hydrogel for bone repair. The hydrogel is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 3 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan-amorphous calcium phosphate, 0.5to 1 part of methacrylic anhydride gelatin and 0.1 to 0.2 part of dexamethasone. According to the invention, carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCh) and amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) are compounded to prepare a nano material, the nano material is mixed with methacrylic anhydride gelatin (GelMA), and a CMCh-ACP / GelMA hydrogel is formed under the condition of ultraviolet irradiation while dexamethasone (Dex) is loaded to slowly release, so that the problems of soft tissue edema, inflammation, serum and accidental bone formation possibly caused by sudden release of Dex are solved so as to promote boneformation; in the hydrogel, CMCh-ACP has an osteogenesis induction effect, induces the expression of osteogenesis regulatory factors and bone markers in MSCs in vitro, and inhibits the bone absorptionin a long-term ectopic osteogenesis process; and the hydrogel can serve as a novel bone tissue scaffold based on bone tissue cells so as to be further developed.
