Embodiment 1

[0020] Measure 48 mL of tetraethyl orthosilicate and 16 mL of template tetrapropylammonium hydroxide to form a solution, then mix and stir at room temperature to obtain a mixed solution, weigh 0.8 g of ferric nitrate into it, and stir vigorously at room temperature until completely mixed. The obtained solution was placed in a 100mL hydrothermal reaction kettle and kept in an oven at 120°C for 1-2 hours, then raised to 170°C for crystallization for 48-60 hours. After crystallization, the sample was centrifuged and washed 3-4 times with deionized water, then dried overnight in an oven at 80°C, and calcined in a muffle furnace at 550°C (heating rate: 2°C / min) for 6 hours. After cooling a white solid powder was obtained.

[0021] Add a quantitative amount of platinum solution to the white solid powder by ion exchange method, dry the mixed sample in an oven overnight and then place it in a tube furnace and stir the mixed sample at 60°C for 12 hours in an air atmosphere , and then ...

Abstract

The invention discloses preparation and applications of a platinum-based framework iron molecular sieve alkane dehydrogenation catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing a tetraethyl orthosilicate solution and a template agent tetrapropylammonium hydroxide solution according to a certain ratio, mixing to obtain a mixed solution, putting an iron salt into the mixed solution, and violently stirring at room temperature until the iron salt and the mixed solution are completely mixed; putting the mixed solution into a hydrothermal reaction kettle, and crystallizing in a drying oven; centrifuging and washing the crystallized sample, drying the washed sample in a drying oven overnight, and roasting the dried sample in a muffle furnace at 400-500 DEG C; cooling to room temperature to obtain the framework iron molecular sieve carrier; adding a certain amount of a platinum solution into the carrier by adopting an ion exchange method, drying the mixed sample in a drying oven overnight, putting the sample into a tubular furnace, and heating at 400-500 DEG C in an air atmosphere; and carrying out hydrogen reduction on the obtained solid powder to obtain the platinum-based framework iron molecular sieve alkane dehydrogenation catalyst capable of being used for realizing high monoolefine selective dehydrogenation of alkane. The catalyst has the characteristicsof easily available raw materials, simple process, low cost and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the preparation and application of a platinum-based skeleton iron molecular sieve alkane dehydrogenation catalyst, which is suitable for the dehydrogenation of normal alkanes and has the advantage of high monoolefin selectivity. Background technique [0002] Alkenes refer to hydrocarbons containing C=C bonds (carbon-carbon double bonds) (olefinic bonds). Belonging to unsaturated hydrocarbons, olefins are divided into alkenes and cycloolefins, which are mono-olefins and diolefins according to the number of double bonds. Alkenes can be prepared by the reaction of haloalkane with sodium hydroxide alcohol solution, or by the dehydration of alcohol or by the reaction of o-dihaloalkane with zinc. The small molecule olefins mainly come from petroleum cracking gas. Alkenes are important basic raw materials in organic synthesis. [0003] Alkylbenzene sulfonate prepared from alkylbenzene is a typical anionic surfactant, which is an im...
