The invention relates to a preparation method of a multilevel pore heteroatom MFI-type molecular sieve. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing xerogel; S2, performing sulfuric acid pre-carbonization for the xerogel; S3, carbonizing the xerogel at a high temperature to obtain C-SiO2 complex; S4, uniformly mixing a compound containing heteroatom, a micropore template agent, an alkaline source and deionized water, adding the C-SiO2 complex, sufficiently mixing, crystallizing, washing, drying, roasting, and obtaining the multilevel pore heteroatom MFI-type molecular sieve. The multilevel pore heteroatom MFI-type molecular sieve has the advantages that (1) compounds such as tween, span or triton are used as a mesoporous carbon source, so that the synthetic cost is decreased; and (2) the xerogel is subjected to the sulfuric acid pre-carbonization and high-temperature carbonization to obtain the C-SiO2 complex sufficiently coated with a silicon source and carbon material, the heteroatom is easier to anticipate in the crystallization of the molecular sieve in the liquid-phase mechanical drive process in an ion form, the amount of the heteroatom entering a molecular sieve skeleton is increased, the catalytic activity is improved, the dispersion limitation of intrinsic micropores of zeolite on the catalytic reaction is effectively solved, and the application in the field of macromolecular catalysis is enlarged.

The invention relates to a non-aluminium zeolite molecular sieve containing a TON/MTT skeleton topology structure and a preparation method of the zeolite molecular sieve. The preparation method comprises the steps of dissolving an inorganic alkaline source by using deionized water, then adding a template agent A, a boron source, an iron source or a gallium source, dissolving completely, then adding a template agent B or a silicon source, and adding an-all silicon ZSM-22 molecular sieve as seed crystal into obtained initial gel and then performing ultrasound; utilizing microwave radiation to heat a mixture subjected to the ultrasound so as to obtain a non-aluminum zeolite molecular sieve with a TON/MTT composite topology structure after crystallization. According to the method, the non-aluminium zeolite molecular sieve replaced with a heteroatom is utilized, the acidity is moderate, and the multilevel acidity distribution is adjustable; by adopting the preparation method provided by the invention, the synthesis time is short, the miscellaneous crystal is less, the particle size is uniform, and the repeatability is good. The composite molecular sieve has a huge potential application value in the aspects such as hydrocracking and isomerization.

The invention relates to the field of catalysis and in particular provides a silicon-containing molecular sieve and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps:(1) hydrolyzing a silicon source, a VIII family metal source and a structure directing agent to obtain a hydrolyzed material; and (2) crystallizing the hydrolyzed material, wherein the step (1) is carried out in presence of an organic phosphorus compound and / or before the step (2), the hydrolyzed material is mixed with the organic phosphorus compound, then the crystallization is carried out, and the VIII family metal source is an iron source or a mixture of an iron source and a cobalt source. The silicon-containing molecular sieve prepared by adopting the preparation method can be applied to various fields such as dehydration reaction, selective dehydrogenation reaction, alkylation reaction, denitration reaction (reduction) and isomerization reaction. When the silicon-containing molecularsieve is applied to cyclohexyl hydroperoxide catalytic decomposition, an extra alkaline reagent does not need to be added, and reaction effects such as high alcohol ketone ratio and high alcohol ketone selectivity can be obtained at relatively low temperature.

The invention discloses preparation and applications of a platinum-based framework iron molecular sieve alkane dehydrogenation catalyst. Method for synthesizing boron-silicon and iron-silicon MTT zeolite in absence of organic structure directing agent

The invention relates to a preparation method of a molecular sieve, and aims to provide a method for synthesizing boron-silicon and iron-silicon MTT zeolite in the absence of an organic structure directing agent. The method comprises the following steps: putting a solid silicon iron or silicon boron precursor, an alkali source, a seed crystal and ethanol into a mortar, and grinding; transferring an obtained mixture into a reaction kettle, and reacting for 15-6d at the temperature of 120-180 DEG C; and carrying out suction filtration on an obtained product, and drying to obtain the iron-siliconzeolite molecular sieve or boron-silicon zeolite molecular sieve. The product prepared by the method provided by the invention maintains good crystallinity and purity, and has good reaction activity.According to the present invention, environment-friendly ethanol is adopted as a zeolite pore channel filler, and only a small amount of the seed crystal is added as the guiding agent of the target product, such that the solid phase state is always maintained during the whole synthesis process, and the unnecessary waste gas and waste liquid discharge and loss during the production process are reduced.
