The invention relates to a preparation method of a multilevel pore heteroatom MFI-type molecular sieve. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing xerogel; S2, performing sulfuric acid pre-carbonization for the xerogel; S3, carbonizing the xerogel at a high temperature to obtain C-SiO2 complex; S4, uniformly mixing a compound containing heteroatom, a micropore template agent, an alkaline source and deionized water, adding the C-SiO2 complex, sufficiently mixing, crystallizing, washing, drying, roasting, and obtaining the multilevel pore heteroatom MFI-type molecular sieve. The multilevel pore heteroatom MFI-type molecular sieve has the advantages that (1) compounds such as tween, span or triton are used as a mesoporous carbon source, so that the synthetic cost is decreased; and (2) the xerogel is subjected to the sulfuric acid pre-carbonization and high-temperature carbonization to obtain the C-SiO2 complex sufficiently coated with a silicon source and carbon material, the heteroatom is easier to anticipate in the crystallization of the molecular sieve in the liquid-phase mechanical drive process in an ion form, the amount of the heteroatom entering a molecular sieve skeleton is increased, the catalytic activity is improved, the dispersion limitation of intrinsic micropores of zeolite on the catalytic reaction is effectively solved, and the application in the field of macromolecular catalysis is enlarged.

According to the method, the non-aluminium zeolite molecular sieve replaced with a heteroatom is utilized, the acidity is moderate, and the multilevel acidity distribution is adjustable; by adopting the preparation method provided by the invention, the synthesis time is short, the miscellaneous crystal is less, the particle size is uniform, and the repeatability is good. The composite molecular sieve has a huge potential application value in the aspects such as hydrocracking and isomerization.

Method for preparing Fe-MFI microporous molecular sieve

The invention discloses a method for preparing a Fe-MFI microporous molecular sieve. The method, with tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as a silicon source, iron nitrate as a heteroatom metal source, triethanolamine (TEA) as a complexing agent and tetrapropylammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) as a structure-directing agent, successfully prepares the iron-containing MFI microporous molecular sieve by extrusion molding by a dry gel method. According to the method for synthesizing the molecular sieve by the dry gel method, a smaller amount of the structure-directing agent TPAOH and a small amount of water are used for molding and synthesis of the iron-containing molded heteroatom molecular sieve in one step. The method can effectively avoid the filtration and washing process in the traditional process,reduce the production cost of the catalyst, minimize the generation of waste water, and belongs to the green environmental protection process.

According to the method, a micropore-mesopore / macropore hierarchical porous structure is acquired through alkali treatment on the molecular sieve membrane; the alkali treatment means that the molecular sieve membrane is subjected to dissolution for a certain period of time at a certain temperature with a mixed system containing a molecular sieve, inorganic base or organic ammonium base and water, namely, a molecular sieve-alkaline suspension; a crystal form of the molecular sieve in the molecular sieve-alkaline suspension is matched with that of the molecular sieve membrane. Compared with a traditional microporous molecular sieve membrane, the hierarchical porous molecular sieve membrane prepared with the method has higher gas permeation flux. In the prior art, the organic template for DDR zeolite molecular sieve synthesis is expensive and the crystal size of the DDR molecular sieve is too large.
