The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a nuclear phase emulsion from styrene, an acrylate monomer, a first emulsifier, a first initiator, a second initiator, an alkaline reagent and water through two-step emulsification; preparing a shell-phase emulsion by taking a siloxane monomer, a hydroxyl-containing acrylate monomer emulsifier and water as raw materials; and then carrying out grafting reaction on the nuclear phase emulsion, the shell phase emulsion and an initiator to obtain the styrene-acrylic-siloxane composite core-shell emulsion.
