Abstract

The surface modification method comprises the following steps: 1) pretreatment: taking an aluminum alloy part to carry out degreasing, alkali washing and acid neutralization treatment so as to remove an oxidation film and dirt ash on the surface of the aluminum alloy; (2) anodic oxidation treatment is conducted, specifically, the pretreated aluminum alloy part is taken and subjected to anodic oxidation in an electrolyte solution, the electrolyte solution is a pyrophosphoric acid solution added with sodium molybdate, the concentration of pyrophosphoric acid in the electrolyte solution is 60-90 wt%, the concentration of sodium molybdate in the electrolyte solution is 0.01-0.5 mol / L, the temperature of the electrolyte solution is kept at 0-50 DEG C, a direct-current power source is adopted, and the anodic oxidation treatment is conducted on the aluminum alloy part; the aluminum alloy part is subjected to anodic oxidation for 15-60 minutes in a constant-voltage mode of 10-100 V; and (3) after anodic oxidation is completed, the aluminum alloy part is taken out, washed and dried.
