The invention relates to an accurate mold taking method and device for multi-tooth implantation. The method comprises the following steps: 1) mounting an implantation impression rod in an implant in an oral cavity; 2) performing scanning by using an intraoral scanner to obtain three-dimensional point cloud data; 3) carrying out editing and modeling by utilizing software to obtain a three-dimensional fixed block model, and forming a fixed hole in the surface of the three-dimensional fixed block model; 4) performing editing and modeling by utilizing software to obtain a three-dimensional tray model, wherein the three-dimensional tray model comprises a supporting block; a supporting groove formed in the surface of the supporting block; and a fixed inserting hole formed in the bottom surface of the supporting groove; 5) performing 3D printing on the three-dimensional fixed block model to obtain a fixed block, and performing 3D printing on the three-dimensional tray model to obtain a tray;and 6) sleeving the implantation impression rod with the fixed block through the fixing hole, injecting an impression material into the supporting groove, coating the fixed block with the supporting groove, and taking down the impression material after the impression material is solidified, thereby finishing mold taking. According to the mold taking method, the three-dimensional digital acquisition technology, the digital design and the advanced manufacturing technology are combined, and accurate, rapid and efficient mold taking operation can be achieved.
