This invention relates to the technical field, specifically to a
vanadium-
sulfur-enriched egg-laying recirculating feeding device. To address the technical problem of difficulty in precisely controlling mineral content during egg production due to the crude mixing and
feeding methods of existing technologies, which negatively
impact egg quality and hen health, the device comprises a mineral bin,
branch channels, a star-shaped unloading mechanism, a
feed tank, a water tank, a stirring shaft, stirring blades, a spiral feeder, a water injection
pipe, a trough, a chicken cage, a feeding structure, and a water injection mechanism. Through the star-shaped unloading mechanism and
servo motor, a specified volume of minerals is discharged according to different mixing requirements of feed and water. The minerals enter the
feed tank and water tank, are stirred by the stirring blades, and are evenly mixed with the feed and water before being discharged into the water troughs and feed troughs on both sides of the chicken cage. This eliminates the need for precise manual mixing, ensuring that the hens ingest an appropriate amount of minerals, significantly improving egg quality and mineral content. Chicken droppings fall to the bottom for easy collection and recycling of minerals.
