The invention discloses a method for measuring
total phosphorus in
sludge. The method comprises the following steps that a
sludge sample is weighted in a
polytetrafluoroethylene bottle,
aqua regia is added to the
bottle, each milliliter of the
aqua regia contains 0.03-0.05 g of
sludge in average, and after even shake, stewing is conducted for 7-12 hours to obtain a sample solution; the sample solution after stewing is placed in a
graphite furnace to conduct
decomposition reaction, and after the reaction is completed, heating continues until the
residual volume is 4-6%; the residual solution is taken,
hydrofluoric acid is added to the solution, the volume of the
hydrofluoric acid occupies 1 / 2 to 3 / 5 of that of the
aqua regia, and a cover is removed to conduct heat
evaporation; the processed sample is taken,
perchloric acid is added to the sample, the volume of the
perchloric acid occupied 1 / 10 to 3 / 20 of that of the aqua regia, heating continues, and then the solution is cooled to the
room temperature; after the sample is cooled to the
room temperature, water is added to the sample to conduct constant volume, and supernatant liquor is obtained; the supernatant liquor is taken to measure the content of the
total phosphorus. Compared with the prior art, the method for measuring the
total phosphorus in the sludge has the advantages that the method is fast and easy to operate, the measurement result is accurate and credible, and the
energy consumption is reduced.
